NO STOCK - NO FEEDBACK

The first week in May this year, my husband ordered the new Samsung S4 and were told it would take 10-15 working days. We then phoned when the phone had not arrived and were told that it would arrive the following week as there was a stock shortage. Again we had to follow up when nothing arrived and were once again told not stock but it would arrive the next week. Again WE had to follow up and were told my DEVICE would be delivered. To my suprise my COVER arrived. Once again WE had to follow up and were told NEXT WEEK. we have phoned again and been told no stock - not sure when it will arrive!!! i am LIVID! Why were we not informed when purchasing that there were stock issues. Why did no one bother to let us know what's going on! The service is dreadful. it has now been SEVEN going on EIGHT weeks and no phone!!! Friends who have backorders at mobile shops have not had to wait this long! PLEASE FNB - where is my phone?!
