No phone since 4 April, now contract R2000 more

I desperately need your help. I phoned Autopage HQ on 4 April to upgrade my Anytime 500 MTN contract. It was quick and since I've been with Autopage for 12 years Jacques gave me the contract with Iphone for R599 pm VAT incl. I was told my phone should reach me by 12 April. From the 14th I phoned weekly and was each time promised by the retention dept that the phone would be delivered that week. No feedback when they couldn't deliver and after escalating the problem to a supervisor which you are not allowed to speak to, Shaun Moodly emailed me to say there is a batch of phones that can't be traced since they switched their systems and warehousing but I would again receive the phone that week. Nothing! Not even a call or email or no response to my emails to Shaun.

On 22 May still without my phone but now paying for the new 24-month contract I walked into the Brooklyn Pretoria branch and I could get the phone immediate but at the May price which is R80 pm more. They logged the price request with HQ and contract transfer to the branch but received no response. Out of pure desperation and without a phone I took the contract but why should I pay R2000 because they never delivered.
