On may 8 I ordered my samsung galaxy S4 with lots of excitement, later on in the week I received a sms telling me they are short of stock and I will be informed as soon as stock becomes available. For the last 4 weeks I have been phoning the premier banking department once a week to get an idea of when the device will be delivered, it seems no one is responsible for stock management as this question took 3 weeks to answer. Last week I was told by Tuto that they will arrange delivery of the device within the next week, a week later and nothing.
I was under the impression premier banking has some benefits when it comes to customer care, iI am seeing none of it, absolutely nothing.
My question still remains, when will i have my device? Come on FNB, this is how you can help me
