Top up internet contracts made openlines

We took out 2 my Gig3 top up internet contracts in November 2012. The debit order amount is R398.00 for bove top ups. End of March we received an invoice for R867.93 and after asking a lot of questions we found out that one of the topups is now an openline. The invoice at the end of April was R2060.20, bove the above mentioned topups are now open lines. After a lot of fighting the accounts are made topups again from the! st of May 2013. Adriaan told us that Solly Raophala will solved the problem of the refund because the mistake is from Vodacom. Who changed it to openlines??? Solly is from Vodacom Polokwane. I want to know if they are gonna refund us the amount of R2132.13 and when will they do it because we didn't change the lines, our contracts proof is topups.
