I signed two cell phone data contracts with Vodacom in 2012. I have had two contract previously, which were two X 12 month contracts. The new ones (numbers 0727624263 & 0827237207). I never had any issues in the past, until I received an invoice d/d 03/11/2012 where all of a sudden my invoice amount (B271160832) on number 0827237207 came to R 1 924.61. As I have never exceeded my data in the previous 2 years, I questioned this. No definitive answer could be given. During 3 visits to the Vodacom shop at Waterfall Mall during December and January of this year (because of their system being down, they advised me to put a limit on my two contracts to prevent a re-occurrence of this. They placed a limit of R 50 on my two numbers, something that I have numerous sms on my Dell Mobile Broadband to prove. Everything then went fine until I received my invoice dated 03/04/2013, where another additional data charge of R 440.05 went off my account, and again an amount of R 220.80 (B516519373) on the 03/07/2013.
