At the beginning of April, we didn't receive our salaries and I phoned Vodacom Accounts Department to arrange for payment. The gentleman organised for me that I pay 75% of the outstanding amount and thus keeping our services activated. The rest of the 25 % will then be put with the next month debit order.

Yesterday, 26 April all our lines were disconnected at 18:00 after the Accounts Department has gone home. I phoned 111 and was told that if I pay the outstanding amount right away and send the proof of payment to them immediately, they will reconnect our lines. I did all of that.

This morning, 27 April, our lines are still disconnected and the Accounts Department is off on public holiday. The 111 people just told me that they can not do anything for us until the Accounts Department are open again, after they told us last night that they can help.

Basically, its terrible that they cut off your phones firstly after an arrangement has been made, but was not noted on their system. Secondly, why do they cut off lines when they know they are not going to be able to assist at all until they return.

I would advise anyone to know choose Vodacom anymore!!
