Vodacom 5 month nightmare

I owned a company (QSM) and due to my relative successes investors bought shares in my company. The name changed to Paradigm Data (Pty) Ltd. Unfortunately, due to ignorance, I had obtained x3 (3G) Vodacom contracts AND had to transfer the contracts to the new entity and of course change the Debit Orders from Standard Bank to ABSA. This was in June 2013. I applied for the change of debit order and had proof of the changes. In July 2013 all 3 contracts were suspended due to non-payment. We were penalized. We paid around R1200 penalty fees for being right. Nothing happened. Between July 2013 AND Dec 2013 we phoned Vodacom general Helpdesk staff a record 25 times AND also phoned Vodacom Supervisors 10 times to resolve this - We also visited the Services Centre 3 times. 5 months later - Debit order changed AND NO ACIVATION YET - Today (18/12)... Vodacom has informed me that the contracts are now Pay as you Go - I give up... Vodacom is by far the worst Company in South Africa...
