We had two contracts with Vodacom. We received a quote from them to pay these contracts in full and cancel the contracts. This was done and all relevant documentation was send to the 086 numbers. Then in Jan 2013 the ONE debit order went off again. We phoned several of times to sort this out. Again in Feb 2013 the debit order went off and same story, we went to your branch in Riverside Nelspruit. AGAIN!!! in march BOTH debit orders went off. On Saturday we went to the Ilanga Branch to sort this out we sat there for two hours. We were told that they found the problem on their side and we were promised that they will refund us on Tuesday... Well today is Thursday and still no refund was done. We phoned the cancellation and accounts department today and yet again NO help. We are sick and tired of this bad service. Not to mention the time and effort we spend to sort this out.
