Second complaint. This, yes did not change my banking details and he phoned me to tell me im eligable for immediate upgrade. Now when i have to pay i have to pay for am early upgrade, . Earl phoned me to inform me i can upgrade on the 25th of Feb2013
I was also not informed about a R100 renewal fee!
I will not pay for this service. I have complained and nothing came from it. This guy is clearly just a smooth talker, maybe he should join the government because clearly he is useless at doing his job.
i was not informed of this and its my consumer right to know this. I would like my money back or just cancel the contract.
