UPGRADE FAULTY HANDSET

I went into the Canal Walk store on the 04/03/2013 to do an upgrade, on the 29/03/2013, my partner realized his handset volume button is faulty as it keeps putting his handset onto silent. I went into the store on the 31/03/2013 to request the device to be taken back and replaced with a new device as it was faulty and not even a month old. I spoke to a very arrogant guy Brian and he told me he cannot help, this device needs to be booked in for assessment. I told his the CPA document I have signed does not say the device needs to be booked in and send away. Went to him he told us it would be best to take this devise ourselves to Montague Gardens to their repair Centre for them to assess the phone the same day. I asked his name and the managers name and email address, he told me that is private information that he cannot give. THIS I DON'T UNDERSTAND AS SHE IS THE MANAGER AND HER WORK EMAIL ADRESS CANNOT BE PRIVATE, THIS IS NOT SERVICE.THIS UNIT I DID NOT HAVE A MONTH YET AND THIS IS THE PROBLEM I HAVE FOR IT TO BE REPLACED, I have booked the handset in and have requested the upgrade to be reversed, and I want my contract to be cancelled and my number be putted onto prepaid.
