Unacceptable Service

On the 19 May 2013 i went to MTN in Canal Walk to check if i was due for an upgrade and i spoke to Noluthando which was my sale person. I asked allot of question and i asked if I'm not happy or if the phone giving problems can i bring it back and she said yes. On the 20 May 2013 i went to Mtn in Promenade and Mercia assisted me and told me she will get back to me in 2 day. O the 22 May i went to Mtn Westgate Mall and Kashiv the guy that i spoke to said he will get back to me and he sent me an SMS saying his still trying to get hold of MERCIA. It have being 4 days and nobody came back to me. i have my contact with MTN for 7 year and never had any problems until now. This is real unacceptable
