Extreamly Bad service and unacceptable

I bought a Samsung Galaxy y duos from the store in Canal Walk in Cape Town on the 17/11/2012, 06:26:19PM. After plus minus 2 months the phone stopped working after only using the phone for one week due to my contract expiring. I took the phone in on the 11/02/2013. After telling me it will take about 3 weeks. It is the 21/03/2013 today and I have still got no phone or money back. The sales person who assisted me was Nikita and the assistant manager Wayne who collected my phone to me about repairs, the phone was laying in the shop for 3 weeks with not even leaving the shop for repairs.

I am very sorry, but this is UNACCEPTABLE service and I demand my money or my phone back within 2 days.
