On 14/05/2013 I reported a faulty line on 021-9813668. i received fault no. 499c wk140513. On 17 i phoned again and the operator said that there is still an open fault on my line. On 20/05/2013 I phoned again and again it was said that there is an open fault on my line 0219813668. up to now nothing has been done. The service is pathetic. I think it is time to change to another network.
