My name is Zama Khumalo Since I took out an insurance plan for my car, I was allocated to a lady to help with any isurance matters or if I had any problems. Her name is Mercia van Staden. She has been of such great assistance to me personally. As u know with insurance, there is always red tape and many things that you are afraid of. I have been e-mailing her now and again, to find out this and that. Some of the questions or fears may seem to be trivial to her (I think), but she has never failed to reply back and most importantly re-assure me when I needed it most.
