On Saturday afternoon 3 August 2013 I went in to MTN Clearwater to do a handset upgrade and a sim swop because of the new phone taking a micro sim. My new sim card was only activated on Wednesday 7 August 2013. On Saturday 10 August 2013 the phone just went dead, I took it back to the store, they told me if the phone is giving any problems within 7 days I can bring it back and they will replace it for me, there was a issue replacing the phone, the lady took it to the Samsung guy that's working in their shop, he asked me if the phone has dropped, I said to him no, there isn't even a scratch on the phone, just after that he asked me if I were sure, then it felt if he accuses me of lying. Monday I phoned in to hear what the status is they said the phone will only be going in that day. Tuesday I tried phoning and there was no answer at all. When I got hold of them today on Wednesday the manager with the name Justin told me he can't give me status on the phone and he can't follow up with the service centre where the phone is now apparently they don't have contact details. When I spoke to MTN Head office they told me MTN Clearwater must give me status on the phone.
