Vodacom
Cell phone bought less than it died ant it cannot

I got a blackberry vodafone as a gift, last year september now the fone is dead within a year, vodacom tells me they cannot fix it and since i never used a vodacom sim card with it these nothing they can do, so what i need to understand is that who is responsible for this it. What is the value for money cause now its not worth the money pay and its my loss someone has to answer for this. I need to understand what will blackberry and vodacon will do about this when i called blackberry to their kioski in they said i shud try indian shops how fair is that is their fone they cant even assist
