SIM swap and cellphone insurance

My girlfriend applied for a cellphone insurance at Vodacom mall of the North in Limpopo- Polokwane and its now taking more than a month without any luck and also did a sim swap on the very same day till to date nothing is happening. In terms of the insurance, we are told that the insurance company said the documents where not visible and they kept faxing the document through_i mean really what will happen if she loose her phone??? and how on earth can a sim swap take a month??? Poor service indeed to you AMOS Ramoroka - consultant..!!!
