I would like to complain about my recent insurance claim that was declined.
It all started a while ago when I needed to do a sim swap, since I was on prepaid now Nashua mobile couldnt help me in doing the sim swip. They told me to go to MTN and do Sim swap.
I struggle to do the sim swap and then asked Charles from Nashua Brooklyn to help me do the sim swap and again we could not succeed. He then send an email requesting the "tech guys" from nashua to do the sim swap on my number but they told him they cant. Unfortunately in the process I lost the phone.
My issue then is why would Nashua penalize me for not having the correct sim card on my phone even though they could not do the sim swap for me.
