I phoned them 30 April to cancel this contract that I did not even know it was a contract. I thought it was the same as funeral insurance. They deduct money from my Jet account and load airtime onto my cellphone. When I found out it is actually a contract I phoned them to cancelled and tell them I need to do a sim swap. Then they decide that I need to do it through them. When I phoned them 2 May and ask about the cancellation so that I can black list my lost phone they decide to do that as well. Now I am stuck I can't go to MTN to do a sim swap or to get a ITC ref nr. because they log all this faults on their system. I do not know what I need to do now because according to my insurance I must go to the police with my ref nr to be able to claim from them. All of this within 48 hours. We stand on 120 hours. I am worried that my insurance will not pay out because of this delay
