Horrible Customer Service

The service i received from this branch is appalling. bthe consultants need to be educated on being a service provider and what cusotmer service entails. to date after 3 phone calls im still awating feedback regarding the contract which i belive was approved but needs to be released so the deal can be loaded.

Its a joke that people dont even know how to speak on the phone let alone sell phones! consultatants working together dont even communicate so how are they expected to communicate with hte public???
