UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE DELIVERY

IN SHORT! GO TO UPGRADE CONTRACT AT CENTURION, THEY DO NOT HAVE SIM CARDS NO STOCK. CUT MY OLD SIMCARD WHICH DOES NO WORK AND GIVES ME ENDLESS PROBLEMS. CENTURION CANNOT HELP. PHONE CALL CENTRE 11/04 THAGO CALL CENTRE I MUST PAY FOR DELIVERY, NOT ACCEPTABLE AS AUTOPAGE STORES HAS NO STOCK. SUSAN OLIFANT MANAGER PHONES ME WITHOUT READING MY COMPLAINT OR SOLVING IT. SPEAK TO HENRY HE PROMISES ON THE 12/04 HE WILL SEND ME SIM CARD AND DELIVER NO LATER THEN THE 17TH OF APRIL. ON 18TH I HAVE TO PHONE AS NO DELIVERY MADE. HENRY NOT AVAILABLE NOBODY CALLS ME TO LET ME KNOW. CALL CENTRE GIVE MESSAGE TO HENRY TO PHONE ME. STILL HAS NOT PHONED. TODAY THE 19TH, HENRY NOT AVAILABLE STILL HAS NOT PHONED ME, NO DELIVERY MADE, CALL CENTRE INTIAZ RIBBITS CONFIRMS WILL NOT DELIVER DONT KNOW WHY HENRY SAID WED 17TH. WANT TO SPEAK TO HENRY MANAGER NAZIM HE IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DONT KNOW WHEN, WANT TO SPEAK TO OTHER MANAGER, IRIS NOT AVAILABLE TOO. SINCE MY UPGRADE I STILL CANNOT USE MY PHONE PROPERLY AS SIM CARD IS NOT WORKING, NOBODY HAS STOCK AND CALL CENTRE ALSO CANT HELP. I AM APPAULED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT CARE ATTITUDE AUTOPAGE HAS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER.
