I have had numerous problems with Autopage recently. Seems like no one knows what they are doing. I was harassed with calls from Mobile Stores to take on packages "Lifestyle, My Music, Phone Box". I have turned these down. However, these packages were still loaded on my acc., ILLEGALLY!!! I was invoiced pro-rata as well as the next month bill. Prior to this, Autopage owed me credits going back since October 2012 for double Admin fees on upgrade and postage fees, while i was receiving invoices on email. These credits were never given to me as promised. I then requested further credits for these packages and to date nothing was done. I went further speaking to management and BUT STILL NOTHING. I have logged a complaint on the Autopage website and someone sent me a recon of my account WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. To date, no one came back to me feedback on my credits. The service is pathetic. I have been wasting my calls being transferred to like 5-6different people and still no one helps. Seems like they dont even understand a simple account. Some dont understand whats a debit / credit. How were they employed? THUMBS DOWN TO AUTOPAGE!!!
