I posted a comment a few days ago and got a very generic feedback, and I am expecting the same will happen to this comment. The problem is still not solved, nobody from customer service phoned or contacted me. It is just a way to get customers to shut up.
If you dont intent to communicate with your customers, maybe just ignore the posts on Hellopeter. Auto and General is just trying to pacify complaints but have no intention to do anything about the problem.
Not sure what I expected.
