They do not deliver what they promise

I have a Blackberry since March 2012 with nr 0826582181. The speakers broke and I took it in for repairs at The Glen branch. The person that received it told me that I will still be able to use my monthly subscription, but they do not give other phones. On the 2 April they requested credits from head office which was approved and i received a sms to confirm it. It never came through. The branch requested a 2nd credit which was also approved. Nothing came through. I spoketo a lady by thename of Carol which assured me that my debitorders will be deducted from the credit. The reason why they requested credits was because I could only phone and sms. I could not use my BIS. When I collected my phone end of May Mitch at The Glen branch requested credits again. Until now nothing was credited from the requests and my phone is blocked. I was even threatened by them that I have a device and not paying. If all the people could just work together and now what they are doing. I am really disappointed in their way of treating the public and just dont care if they wait 2 months and lose money
