I called Vodacom Insurance claims yesterday afternoon @ 16h55 requesting an agent to check which of the Vodacom Shop will have a certain phone for me. he promised to get back to me this morning it's now 10h42 and he hasn't called back. I then took the initial to phone back and see if they can assist another agent answered I told her the nature of my story, she told me to hold and then cut the all on me.
I'm very disappointed @ this level of service I've been with Vodacom ever since I can remember. I've never used any other service provider but to get service like this is appalling.
