I handed my phone in about 4 weeks ago to this day for repairs, after filling in all the requierd documentation I was on my way. Soon I recieved an quote for R2500. Shell shocked at this text I called and said to the operator why must pay because I have insurance, he responded and said I must take it up with my insurance provider, funny thing is that I have insurance with VODACOM itself. I still dont know what happend to the documentation I filled in the evening regarding the insurance. I never got any clear answers from operator. 3 days later another sms, quote for R4700... I must phone in and decide If I wish to repair the phone, once again the entire story regarding the Vodacom insurance... after taking things into my own hands I phoned up the Insurance provider, Vodacom Tygervalley did not correnspond with them what so ever. Its been backwords and forwards and apparantly the phone is on its way back from JHB, ths is now since Thursday last week, must be a long flight i guess!!! I still get continous SMS sayimg the phone needs a higher level of repair... your phone has been sent to an engineer!! I dont know know whats going on!!! SHOCKING LEVEL OF SERVICE!!!
