Good day

I have been trying to get my query resolved since January, no luck. Just last week & Monday I sent another email to cim_legal email, with their policy being that you get feedback within 5 working days. Surprise surprise no feedback. I wrote a complaint on hellopeter website on 14 May & received feedback on 17th May that MTN has responded. I got the lovely normal response email that someone is looking into my query, but has anyone gotten back to me to date? NO. I would love to have this query resolved. How difficuilt can that be. Then again, if I look at all the telecommunications complaints on hellopeter, & there are a lot & if I see that statistically, MTN contributes to about 20% of that, I can see that MTN is clearly not interested in improving this by bringing down the stats. Instead they are adding onto it by giving continuous bad service.
