I am really dissapointed wit the service I am currently receiving from Bonitas. I have log a complaint via email on 26 February, and received and email back with my query number and the email also stated that my query will be attend to within 5 working days.
On the sixth working day, I still have not received any feedback from Bonitas. We have phoned them and gave them our query number, after which they responded that they are sorry and that they see on the system that no one has even looked at our query. They also said on the phone that they will attend to our query and give us feedback within 24 hours. Well 48 hours later and we still have not heard anything.
This is really frustrating and bad service.
