On 22 May 2013, I wrote a report about not receiving a Customer Feedback email from Hellopeter iro a response to a complaint about Coca Cola Dome. I received a response acknowledging the problem, but, despite a follow-up email to Hellopeter, I still have not received a Customer Feedback email for either of the reports.
