I had a problem with Nashua over 4 years ago, which was resolved after I had lodged the complaint via HelloPeter. That was subsequently resolved months later, to my surprise almost 5yrs later I get a Trace Alert noticification by Nashua because I apparently owe them. I've been out of work for over 3years now. Unfortunately I no longer have record of my last complaint. I would be grateful if I can have that complaint which I lodged on HelloPeter retrieved please. It was under my maiden name: Sithole and I was still using my work email which was an FNB email address..ID8012280476083.I would be happy if I can get that complaint as it had the names and dates of those I dealt with at Nashua... unfortunately due to moving I lost the printed copy and my notes.
