How difficult can it be to cancel my BIS and do the refund for the 5 months it takes me to accomplish this. Upgraded my first contract in January at the Midrand Headoffice and requested for my BIS to be cancelled. In March I upgraded my second contract also at Midrand Headoffice and requested again for the BIS to be cancelled and refunded for the previous 2 months. Next Bill, still not cancelled and no refund. When I eventually received my phone for the second upgrade and collected from Wonderboom branch I managed to get the BIS cancelled believe it or not as well as the lady that assisted me requested for a refund for previous months with no success. I also phoned Customer Service almost 2 months ago requesting the same without luck. I can provide the voice recording as well. This is rediculous Nashua, please wake up and sort it out.
