Unable to get my new corporate contract resolved

I have been trying for over 3 months to get this resolved.
My contract was with Redbull mobile which ended on the 11 of May 2013.
Prior to this contract expiring I had confirmation about a month before saying I need to contact Cell C to make arrangements. I had sent multiple emails back to this person who sent me the original email with no responses. I had tried to call the call center also with no real assistance and was told to just email the [Email Removed] email and someone will get back to me.
I have sent about 10 emails and still no assistance.
I had managed to get a number for one of the ladies that works in the corporate section name Adri she has been the only person willing to assist and been very helpful. Even with her assistance it seems that her hands are tied, not much has happened nor any really feedback with my emails just going into a black hole again where a lady Nandipha Khanyi was dealing with it and she has just stopped replying to me.
This is very frustrating and given that Cell C are trying to gain market share there staffs interest in achieving does not seem a priority.
