No response on feedback

I wrote a complaint on hellopeter on the 10 Dec with regards to damaged clothing. I received an email asking me to email pictures of which I did and i received no feedback from the email> i emailed again to ask for feedback on the inferior quality of goods and still no response

Very Poor Customer service
