Extortionate Bills for Call Divert

Extortionate bills for diverting one Vodacom contract phone to my other Vodacom contract phone. Written to 'complaints' department and had absoutely NO response. Read the 'small print' but nothing about double charging for call divert. Disgusted. About to contact Consumer Protection Association and National Media.
