I took out a Vodacom Data contract. I specified that it should be a Top Up and must stop when my data is finished each month. I found out that this was not so and I have been paying VERY high bills to Vodacom. I went to find my copy of the contract and it is incomplete i.e. all the details of the actual contract have not been filled in. Thus this contract is illegal and not binding but Vodacom are charging my crazy amounts of money each month because I happen to use a few megs more than my contract. Last month my bill was R1200!!!
This is illegal and how do I get my money back and stop this? I have tried numerous complaints to Vodacom but nothing has happened from this and they have never even bothered to contact me.
