THE QUALITY OF SUPPORT AND SERVICE IS BAD AT VODACOM.I APPLIED FOR A VODACOM CONTRACT OVER THE INTERNET AND A CONSULTANT FROM VODACOM CALLED ME THAT I QUALIFY FOR AN LG L5 CELLPHONE.VODACOM MISLEAD ME IN PROMISING TO DELIVER A SERVICE THAT IS EFFORTLESS, CONSISTENT AND ERROR FREE.THEY DELIVERED LG L1, WHEN I CALLED THEIR AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT TO REPORT THAT I RECEIVED A WRONG PHONE A CONSULTANT CONFIRMED THAT ACCORDING TO THEIR SYSTEM THATS WHAT I ORDERED.BECAUSE I DONT HAVE I PHONE I DECIDED TO KEEP IT.I CALLED AGAIN THE AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT TO ACTIVATE MY NEW PHONE AND SHE CONFIRMED IT WILL TAKE 48 HOURS AND THE VODACOM CONTRACT PHONE WILL BE WORKING.72 HOURS LATER IM STUCK WITH A CELLPHONE I DINT ORDER AND A CONTRACT THAT IS NOT ACTIVATED.CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT SAYS THE CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO FAIR VALUE, GOOD QUALITY OF BPRODUCTS AND THE RIGHT TO ACCOUNTABILITY FORM SUPPLIERS
