Really dissapointed in vodacom. I upgraded my contract and migrated to a smart small. contract from a business call contract. I loaded a data bundle before i started to use my new phone as to I have gotten crazy bills from vodacom in the past without them. For one my data bundle was never activated in the transion time as to Me getting a bill of R100 for data ussage and still getting charged for a once of my meg 100 and a my 1 gig.
So Please tell me why am i getting triple Charged? This is not the first time? And to top that I tried to complain to vodacoms online help. And yet no one helped me?
Please Tell me what you are going to do about charging me for something I never Got?
