POOR COMMUNICATION

Vodacom in their wonderful discretion has listed me on ITC without any form of notification.
Surely with our Consumer protection act a person should at least be contacted and informed via written documentation stating the fact that there are outstanding bills and that the company is going to take action should there be no payment forthcoming.
A contract was in place with debit order, contract came to fruition yet now according to Vodacom I still owe them money???
Try contact these people and all they do is give you the run around, once through to the call centre they say they will transfer you to legal and guess what you are cut OFF.
