I purchased a Blackberry Curve 8520 phone from Edgars Nelspruit in 2011 July. I purchased the phone for cash. On friday 10 May 2013 my phone was blacklisted by Vodacom without my consent. They demanded an affidavit and the proof of payment. I have lost the proof of payment but I still have the box of the phone in my possession.

On saturday 11 May I went to Edgars Nelspruit to request a print out of the slip but was told they do issue slips to people who bought for cash. I then went to SAPS Nelspruit and did an affidavit and went to Vodacom Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit to submit the documents. My phone is still blacklisted as we speak but i never ever reported it lost or.

Kindly help me unblacklist my phone.
