Cellphone contract

I have a contract with MTN WHICH I TOOK LAST YEAR MAY/JUNE. WHERE I GOT A BLACK BARRY PHONE WHICH HAS BEEN REPLACED 4 TIMES. I AM STIL WAITING FOR ANOTHER PHONE TO DATE . I'VE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO SERAH NAIDOO AND ZOLILE MAFU AND NONE OF THEM CAME BACK TO ME. I DONT WANT THAT BLACK BERRY PHONE ANY MORE AS I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND ITS NOT PROVIDING ME THE SERVICE AND BENEFITS AM SUPPOSED TO BE BE GETTING FROM IT. IT FREEZES, IT SWITCH OFF. THE BATTERY HEATS UP WHEN U'RE SOMEONE CALLS YOU. HOW DO I CONTINUE PAYING FOR SOMETHING CONSTANTLY HAVING ISSEUES. MTN KNOWS THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THAT HAND SET AND YET THE CONTINUE SELLING THAT THING TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE ALL THEIR INTERESTED IN IS MAKING MONEY. I HAVE 3 CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY AND THE WAY I FEEL NOW, I DONT HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT MYN AND BLACKBERRY AS SERVICE AND PRODCUT PROVIDER. I WANT TO BE GIVEN ANOTHER PHONE THATS NOT REFURBISHED AND WHICH IS NOT A VLACKBERRY PRODUCT. IF I STOP ALL MTN DEBITS OTDERS THEN ONLY WILL MTN JUMP AROUND SINCE THE BEGINING OF THE YEAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A HAND THAT HAS BEEN WOORKING FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH WITHOUT FREEZING OR SWITCHING OFF.
