I bought the new Blackberry Z10, which is widely advertised to be LTE compliant. I have never picked up that it is model dependant, only found out after I bought it. The store says it is not their problem and Vodacom say that it is not their problem. I don't really need another customer care person saying it is not their problem no matter how politely they have put it, I have that already. However, since it happened to me I have spoken to one or two other people who have had the same problem. This seems very disingenouos to me and the public should be aware of this almost false advertising!!
