I had 2 contracts for a no. of years. In March the contract for 0716009202 was ended without notice. My number was then converted to prepaid which I was happy with. At the end of April I was told I owed R60.00, which I duly paid. At the end of May I received an sms to say I owed R348.00. Under duress I paid and was told by the consultant that I owed nothing more! This morning I received a call wanting a R660.00 payment! I told the consultant that I would make no further payments! I have previously requested statements which I never received and I am sure that this is in breach of the CPA. I am not going to let this go, I am prepared to fight this issue in court as I can not pay for a contract I no longer have!! I still have a contract for 0716782347 for which R159.00 payment is debited from my account every month. The last payment was deducted on 28.06.2013. I have 2 ref no's: ZAR000036555 and ZAR000028668. If this is the way doing business with you goes, I would like to convert the other number to prepaid as well and I want a statement from you declaring that nothing more is owed to you. I am prepared to fight this in court as I owe Mobile U nothing. Vivienne Briscoe
