At my wits end

I had a fonechoice account which was supposed to expire in July 2012.
Now due to the fact that i was unemployed for a few months in 2011, I understand that there was going to be an extra added few months to make up for the deficit.

So, early december 2012 I contacted fonechoice to find out when the last debit order would be, I was informed end of december. And i had absolutely no problem with that. Come end of Jan, 2013, fonechoice still deducts money from my account, out of desperation I resorted to reversing the debit orders. In March of this year, after sseveral calls, they finally made a refund on my bank account. I thought the matter was done. To my surprise, 2days later another debit order was deducted. I promptly reversed it. Again April, and May, the same thing happens. Next month will be July, I know for a fact that I did not skip payments for a whole year.
And if I had, why the refund on my account if I still owed them??
When will fone choice close this nightmare of an account and let our relationship die a natural death??
Please somebody help, I am trying to sort out my accounts and get rid of debts.
