MTN bills me again for NO REASON!!! INCOMPETENCE!!

In September they credited me for the month as they has owed me money due to a previous fault on their part!!!! They have now deducted me twice this month as they said i didnt pay in September!!!!! This is after they CREDITED me, i even went to them in Sept and asked them why the debit order had not gone off yet and they told me no that the money they owed me has been credited to my account and so i didnt have to pay the month of sept!!! in fact they still owed me a further R17... This is ridiculous and is the second time i have been billed for no reason.. If this is not sorted out i am going to file a lawsuit against them and cancel the contracts i have with them albeit them only concluding next year as they are failing to deliver me with a service.. I am sick and tired of this and i would not recommend MTN to anyone in fact i will encourage everyone that i know to change to another service provider!!! MTN is the WORST service provider in South Africa!!!!!!
