I had an arrangement in place to pay off my arrears in 4 months which started in July. I now have settled those arrears but still see im being charge R426 for debt collection fees. That is thieft how can you charged someone more money after i had paid off what i owed in arrears. In fact when i spoke to the agent quering this extra money she told me once i have paid the last arrear instalment that this debt collection fee will be reversed and now im trying to get hold of her for 2 weeks i get no response but she was quick to hound me about my arrears. This is so not cool and im very unhappy as i work in a financial institute and we would be pulled over the coals if we did this to our clients by our bosses. i want this amoutn reversed and cleared from my account. i stuck to my arrangement and paid what i owed as per your records.
