2 DAYS AGO I PUT MY BRAND NEW NOKIA LUMIA ON CHARGE. WHEN I TOOK IT OUT AND TRIED TO UNLOCK THE PHONE, THERE APPEARED A PASSWORD REQUIREMENT WHICH I DID NOT ACTIVATE!!! WITH GREAT CONCERN I WENT TO VODACOM AND ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE PHONE HAD TO BE BOOKED IN FOR SERVICE. NOW I GET A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO PAY R313.50 FOR THEM TO UNLOCK THE PHONE. IT'S RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO PAY THAT MUCH FOR SOMETHING THAT WASN'T MY FAULT AT ALL!!! I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED AS I ONLY BOUGHT THE PHONE 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT'S STILL UNDER 24 MONTH GUARANTEE!!! BUT ACCORDING TO THEM THE GUARANTEE DOESN'T COVER THIS. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
