2 months later we are still waiting for the phone

My sister has had a very bad experience with your Vodacom store in Lakeside Mall. She went there to buy a brand new Nokia phone, which she did in cash and the store was very happy to sell it to her. Within a couple of days, the phone gave her issues and she took in back to the store and they took it back and gave her a new one (Which makes sense because it was still within 7 days), a day later the new phone was still giving her issues and she took it back, this time they took it in and said to her she needs to wait for 7 days in which she will be contacted to come back for her phone (Now I do not totally agree with that, or even understand why that happened as it was still within the 7 days as well so they could have just exchanged it again for a new one). After the 7 days have come and gone my sister went back there to find out what the progress was, she was given stories and told that she could take another phone even a different kind that is in the same price range. She opted to get her money back so that she can go buy the phone elsewhere. She was told that they need her bank details she is not comfortable with that and wants her money back in CASH, WHY IS THAT SO DIFFICULT
