I bought a Nokia Lumia 720 on the 19th from Vodacom. 5 days later it just 'died' I returned it vodacom on the 24th and today I am still without a phone. I fail to comprehend the difficulty in simply checking the phone, if damaged issue another1. I am really disspleased with the manner in which Vodacom handled the whole matter.
