Good Day
My telephone / ADSL has been out of order since the 1st May 2013. I call at least once a week, but to date I have not received one call from a technician to repair the line.
In the meantime I am being charged the full rental and my husband and I have to use our cell phones and 3G
connections as we both work from home as well.
What must I do to get my line fixed?
