After discovering a faulty telephone- and ADSL line early evening on 27 August 2013, I reported the problem to 10210. I received immediate sms confirmation of receipt and was provided with a reference number. Within less than 30 minutes the ADSL line was attended to and early on 28 August 2013 I received a call from Robert, the technician, who was already on his way to repair the telephone line.
